Fasting Part 2

Ok, I started a fast on the 1st and planned to go 90 days. After researching again, I've decided it's not worth the chances of getting gallstones. I'm just going to keep my approach of a limiting certain foods from my diet and stick basically with raw foods. I've already been meat and chicken free for 2 months. So I'm doing well on my journey to eating right plus losing weight.

FASTING!


Once again I've started a fast. In 1988 I embarked on an 80 day fast. Now keep in mind I was skinny! I ended up weighing around 128. People thought I looked like I was on drugs. I was happy. Now 100 ibs heavier, I going to see if I'm that strong again to carry out a fast for that length of time. Follow me on my journey.
