FDA Warns Against Fruta Planta Weight Loss Products
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has disclosed PRock Marketing LLC would recall all Fruta Planta weight loss products, after testing confirmed they contained sibutramine, a drug withdrawn from the market for safety reasons.
According to the FDA, PRock, a branding and distribution company, is recalling Fruta Planta and Reduce Weight Fruta Planta. The FDA said it has received "multiple reports of adverse events" associated with the use of the products, including several cardiac events and one death.
The FDA advised consumers halt use of the product "immediately" and throw it away in a sealed container to avoid consumption. Consumers who have experienced any negative side effects were advised to consult a health care professional.
PRock's recall notice recommends consumers destroy the product or return it to the company. Consumers may reach PRock at 1-877-225-1009.
According to a website where the product was sold, Fruta Planta was an "all natural organic" Chinese weight loss drug that touted its ability to eliminate body fat, saying users could lose up to 15 pounds in the first month without diet or exercise. Fruta Planta was marketed as a product that could boost metabolism, curb appetite and cut food cravings.

You have to fit time in to excercise.
So often I hear people say I don’t have time to workout. I feel you really have to want it. If you really want it you will fit it in. I work 16 + hours a day and find time to do some form of exercise daily. Sometimes even twice in one day. I get a half hour for lunch. I’m able to walk at least 1.50 miles in that time. I want it and I’m going to do it!

McDonald's Fruit & Maple Oatmeal review
I used a FREE coupon to try the new oatmeal from McDonalds. I ordered through the drive-thru, so I didn't see them make it. The only option they asked if I wanted brown sugar and I said yes. When I took top off, I saw that it was a little loose so I had to stir it. You have to make sure you stir from bottom in case there some oats that didn't get mixed in. I liked the taste, except I really couldn't taste the brown sugar. It wasn't overly sweet, they had it perfect for my taste. I liked the fruit that was in it. Apples has a crunch to them. Would I get it again, YES!

Is it better to exercise indoors or outdoors?
It doesn't really matter whether you choose to exercise indoors or outdoors, as long as you actually make an effort to exercise. The benefits of exercise don't disappear simply because you decide to run inside your house, on a treadmill, rather than running outside, and so it is worth maintaining your fitness in whichever way is most convenient to you. If you are unable to leave your house for some reason, at least it is still possible to get a good workout and know that you are doing your health and fitness the world of good.
Some people find it hard to motivate themselves to exercise indoors because it can become rather boring. If you set up the turbo trainer in the kitchen you are going to end up incredibly sweaty and most probably bored out of your mind, especially when you compare riding your bike indoors to being able to explore the great outdoors. It is possible to relieve the boredom somewhat, though, if you decide to listen to some music or watch a DVD. It also helps if you have a specific training regime, so that you may only ride for an hour, but you maximise what you get out of that ride. Thus, interval training can be an excellent way of increasing your endurance and giving you something to focus on.
If you prefer running rather than cycling, and own a treadmill, you will also find that it helps to run for a purpose, rather than simply plodding along, especially if you are hoping to improve your fitness and limit the boredom you are going to suffer. Again, listening to music and watching DVDs can prove to be a welcome distraction.
Most people, given the option, would prefer to exercise outdoors because it is easier to stay motivated to exercise. Running or cycling outdoors means you have a wide variety of routes to choose from. The route you decide to take may be influenced by your fitness aims, so that if you want to improve your ability to climb hills on your bike you may opt for hillier routes, for instance.
It isn't always possible to exercise outdoors, though, especially as winter brings with it atrocious weather that makes it difficult to want to go outside into the cold in the first place, as well as making exercise outdoors more dangerous. You may prefer exercising outdoors, but you don't want to hurt yourself by slipping on some ice, and thus putting yourself out of action for a considerable length of time.
There are other reasons why it may be difficult for you to exercise outdoors, such as if you have children who need supervising, while time constraints can also make it more convenient to exercise indoors. Some individuals loathe exercise, and find it embarrassing to be seen working outdoors due to their poor fitness, but decide that any form of exercise is better than none, which is clearly the case. Indeed, it doesn't matter whether you exercise indoors or outdoors, so long as you put in the effort to at least break a sweat.

Losing Weight Fast - 3 Tips To Know That Will Help You Finally Get The Body Of Your Dreams
Losing weight fast is actually easy. The problem is with all those crazy diet programs out here that make it much more harder than what is has to! If you want to finally get the body of your dreams... easily, then read on for 3 tips that helped me along my journey to lose weight, burn fat, and improve my overall health!
1. Focus On DOING... Instead of LOSING - What I mean by that is you should pay more attention to achieving an action goal (such as an exercising achievement, avoiding a strong temptation food for a week, etc.) instead of focusing on trying to lower the number on the scale. When you focus more on achieving an "action goal", it actually will make your program much more simpler... and this will of course increase your motivational levels as well.
2. Eat More Raw And Organic Foods - Raw and organic foods are the only foods that the body positively responds to more than anything else. This is why you feel so vibrant after eating fruits, veggies, or some other type of raw or organic food.
Now, it's not important to eat these foods just because they make you feel good, it's important to eat these foods because they will do wonders for you with losing weight, burning fat, and enhancing your overall health. You can even fight off diseases by eating more of these foods!
Speaking of which, I strongly recommend that you find a diet that is based around eating these types of foods and also eating them in a way that will increase your metabolism and fat burning hormones.
3. Make Your Diet Easy To Stick To - First off, please avoid fad dieting (reducing calories and nutrients, prepackaged meal programs, Hollywood diets, etc.) since they are not just ineffective (and in some cases dangerous), they are also pretty difficult to stick to... especially if you have a busy lifestyle. Second, I recommend you do things that can make it much more easier for you to live healthier.
For example, since you have to drink more water everyday, I recommend that you keep a larger water jug with you at all times so that you have no excuse not to drink plenty of water throughout the day. Some other things you can do is to prep your meals in advance, keep sandwich baggies of vegetables or fruit slices for a quick snack (which works perfect for when those annoying sugar cravings pop up), and more!
